Scheduling

Contact us to place an order for the service and schedule an appropriate time slot. At the scheduled time, you or your representative should meet on-site with our technician*.

* In case our in-house technician is unavailable for a specific date or time, we have a network of trusted vendors who can pick up the work without any additional charges or delays.

The technician is not part of your design team, so please save any project-specific questions for design team meeting.

Preparation

Our technician requires access to all rooms, including the garage, front yard, and backyard. While it’s not necessary to remove your belongings, please create a clear pathway and limit the number of people in the house to the essentials.

Remove all objects from windows, keep all doors open, and remove pets. Also, be ready to provide access to the underfloor and attic areas.

Data processing

Once scanning is complete, the technician uploads the raw data into the cloud service, where it begins processing. Typically, this process takes up to 48 hours before a 3D model becomes available.

Results delivery

Once the model is available, we’ll notify you and provide you with a link to access it. We can also offer you associated scan files for an additional fee.
